Unsere Weingärten bewirtschaften wir biologisch, denn Weinmachen sehen wir als ein Handwerk, das neben kreativem Schaffen auch die Verantwortung für die Natur beinhaltet.

Organic Viticulture
Of all forms of land management, organic farming is considered the most environmentally friendly. But organic is more than just dispensing with chemicals. Holistic thinking and a preferably closed farming cycle with a diverse structure are the foundation and prerequisite for successful organic farming.

Low-intervention

Wir möchten unsere Weine unverfälscht in eure Gläser bringen. Dazu orientieren wir uns an den strengen biodynamischen Kellerrichtlinien. Mazeration, Maischegärung, wilde Gärungen, unfiltriert - vieles ist bei uns erlaubt, außer Schönungsmitteln und Korrekturen 

 
We want to bring our fine wines pure and honest into your glasses. To achieve this, we follow the strict biodynamic cellar guidelines. Maceration, mash fermentation, wild fermentations, unfiltered - many things are allowed, except for fining agents and corrections  

Lagen- und Jahrgangstreue

Die naturgegebenen Faktoren eines Weingartens beeinflussen die Eigenschaften der dort angebauten Reben und Trauben. Sie werden bestimmt vom Zusammenspiel zwischen der kulturprägenden Tätigkeit des Menschen und den Bedingungen der Natur wie Klima, Geologie, Gelände und Bodenbeschaffenheit.

Terroir
The natural factors of a vineyard influence the characteristics of the vines and grapes grown there. They are determined by the interplay between the culture-defining activity of man and the conditions of nature such as climate, geology, terrain and soil conditions.

Slow Food

Gut, sauber, fair! Wir lieben hochwertige Lebensmittel und guten Wein. Der Rote Veltliner wurde zum Slow Food Presidio erhoben und gemeinsam mit anderen Winzerkollegen arbeiten wir an der Weiterentwicklung dieser Sorte. 

Good, clean, fair! We love high-quality food and good wine.
Roter Veltliner has been elevated to Slow Food Presidio and together with other fellow vintners we are working on the further development of this variety.

Economy of the Common Good
Our current economic system is upside down. Money has become an end in itself rather than a means to what really matters: a good life for all (Christian Felber). We are working on our first Common Good Balance Sheet.

Vegan

Es geht auch ohne tierische Schönungsmittel wie Protein aus Schweinegelatine. Wir stehen dazu und deshalb sind all unsere Weine vegan produziert.

Winemaking can do without fining agents of animal origin such as porcine gelatine. We stand by it and therefore all our wines are vegan.
